  15. cardiac arrest; in Palm Beach, Fla. With almost two score of his
  16. experimental plays running in the 1960s and '70s, he was dubbed
  17. the Neil Simon of off-off Broadway. Eyen earned a Tony Award in
  18. 1982 for the best book of a musical, for Dreamgirls.
